If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would gladly do so. Max13 Construction is the MOST professional and HIGHEST quality company I have ever worked with. And that is not an exaggeration. The owner, Max and his associate, Paul, are responsive to my texts and calls. They’re always on time to my house and once you’re talking to them, you have their full attention. They will listen to what you say and what you ask for. On top of this, they are quick to give you insightful advice and comments on how to proceed with any project you’re thinking of. Max and Paul are honest and they will not rip you off. They are actually looking to better the overall look and feel of your house without charging exorbitant costs. And once you’ve signed a contract with them, they will begin their work almost immediately (the next day or so) and will finish the work like lightening (within a week). Max and his men work from early morning to late afternoon nearly nonstop in the sweltering heat and humidity. They are quick and good with what they do. The overall quality of the work is amazing as they pay special attention to detail! If you don’t believe me, then look at the pictures that accompany this review. Here, you can see they laid down a stone entryway to my home, laid down stones on my stairs, installed stone veneer on the bottom half of the home, and removed bushes and shrubbery from the entire front yard. And in a couple of weeks, they will be back to change my windows, siding, and trim. If you are looking for any sort of construction need (be it your kitchen, basement, patio, or nearly anything else), then I would definitely give Max13 a call. I know that as for me and in my home, I will be employing Max13 and his crew for any and all remaining remodeling work to be done both inside and outside my house!

I hired MAX13 to do a fire pit for me on my patio. The guys were one time, productive, and great to work with. I 100% recommend them.

MAX13 helped us out with adding a bathroom to our basement. The area was completely unfinished and was basically a cement cave. Paul and his team were able to help us plan and budget for our project. He brought in a plumbing company (Pierce’s Plumbing & Heating) even during the early estimating process. Both companies were excellent to work with. They pulled all the necessary permits, and everything was done above board. MAX13 jack hammered out a section of the concrete floor and Pierce’s tied in all of the necessary plumbing fixtures. Alot of companies wouldn’t touch the job because of the jackhammering. MAX13 didn’t hesitate and had the floor opened up and ready to go in one day. Fast forward to framing, drywalling, painting, electrical work, the whole nine. Paul and MAX13 were able to orchestrate the whole project. They always kept us informed and there were no surprises. They did all this while working around our crazy schedule and toddlers. The bathroom came out awesome! We use it every day and it’s been a huge help for our growing family. I wouldn’t hesitate to use MAX13 again or recommend them to a friend!

Max, Paul, and the guys were absolutely the nicest and most accommodating contractors we’ve ever hired to work in and around our home. They demolished an old elevated chicken coop, filled, leveled and graded the area. Moved our fencing, filled, and graded our yard so it’s smooth and no longer riddled with holes, they filled and leveled an area where an above ground pool was dug out. They removed a door and sealed a wall between two of our rooms to provide more privacy to our in-law apartment. They also tore down walls and merged two closets together to build a new bathroom on the living level of our home. Which came out beautiful! We couldn’t be more happy, and recommend these gentlemen very highly! They will always be our first choice from now on for all our home renovation needs. Thanks guys! 🙂

I called this company because a few of my neighbors used Max in the past for their Hardscape needs, Paul was the person that came out to give me a quote and he was very knowledgeable about the types of stones I should use ETC.. I was pleasantly surprised when the work started and the owner himself was here with the crew, the amount of attention to detail was really amazing, I cant say enough positive things about them!

My patio looks like out of a magazine, beautiful pavers installed by an amazing and respectful crew.

The veneer in the front of our house looks incredible but what I liked the most is the wonderful set of steps that look just like the one from the catalog I wanted. It added so much value to our home and every time we have visitors we get so many compliments on how good the house looks.

Finished Basement. It looks amazing and didnt imagine it being so easy. Max13 took care of everything from permits, materials to an excellent labor. The crew was so respectful We would love for them to work at our home again.

We hired Max13 with the intention of building a new Patio but after finding out a little more about them we realized they could take care of our whole project. Our kitchen renovation was a dream, they made sure to fit all of the desired features within our budget and beyond our expectations.
